When Dave and I were dating I knew even then that he would make a great daddy. Over the last almost 4 years he continues to amaze me with his love for our kids and for me. All he ever wants to do is have fun and give our little ones the chance to laugh, learn, and grow.
What more could I ask for?
But there is more...I am so blessed to have another daddy in my everyday life...my original one. I have ALWAYS known that my daddy loves me and that he wants me to be happy. But I could not fathom how much he loved me until I had my own kids. One of the greatest gifts he gives me is his love for my kids! They LOVE their Pop and he is smitten...as am I with him.
Almost 8 years ago I was blessed with yet another father in my life. My father-in-law Ed. I was the first girl in the Davis family and boy was I special and I knew it! A few years later we welcomed another little girl...RK. Ed was in love. Then came Sam. Love again. I've gone down the list of favorites a bit but that is OK. All Ed wants to do is be with my kids and love them. Who could ask for more?
My cup runneth over with all the great daddies and grandfathers in my life! Thank you for all you do to make my life and my kids' lives as happy as it is. I hope you had a fantastic Father's Day and know everyday that you are appreciated and loved!

Getting ready to go this morning I asked Sam what shoes he wanted to wear. BOOTS! BOOTS! He couldn't be denied. It may be 100 degrees outside but my boy wants his boots...they are getting a little snug so we are on the look out for bigger ones. The boy knows what he likes!
