For 10 years there has been an event in our town that raises lots of money for crisis centers for abused women and children. Good, right? Well, this year we got to be involved and we got to go to the event and eat LOTS---WAY TOO MUCH---of yummy food! We painted the thank you gifts for all the sponsors...
...and we helped to add new items to the Silent Auction. 16 local artists painted plates (yes, we were even included as artists!) and they were auctioned off...
We were like tourists walking around taking pictures with our plates. What a fun event---hope we get to do it again next year!
