We didn't tell the kids. Not until Christmas Eve when the car was already packed and we were ready to hit the road. The secret almost killed me. :) We made Mickey Santa hats and wrapped it all up with a note from Santa telling them to guess what their gift was. They couldn't believe we were leaving right then...

Christmas Day at Epcot was actually the most perfect weather. Sunny and warm. A perfect gift from my Daddy since we used the tickets we found in some of his stuff...4 tickets to Epcot. We don't know how old they were but they were $28 each (its $88 now) and they were still good! I know he would have loved that we used them. I could feel him with us all day...

The next day was another story... :) COLD AND RAINY!!! Really cold...only the strong and dedicated survived!

Yes, Christmas was different. This was our little tree in the hotel room with our Oreos and water left for Santa. It was good though. The kids had a blast and it was great to get away. Its funny how quickly life changes. Things you never thought would be happening, do. It certainly makes me even more thankful for the little things and it also makes me jump on opportunities to do "crazy" things like go to Disney World for Christmas...
