We spent our Labor Day Weekend in the fashion we have in the past...we drove up to Perry, GA for the State-Wide Championship Horse Show. "Pappy's Horse Show"
Of course, shopping happened previous to the weekend excursion for the proper attire.
The first day, they looked like cow-folk but they refused to actually ride a horse...
The boy finally did it and got a horse named Zippy...this beast was taller than Pappy and Daddy but was super sweet and didn't mind Sam's squeals of delight and Yeeeee-Haaaaws!
We finally talked the girl into it so she hopped way up with her brother...very faintly, you can see the rainbow in the sky over her shoulder. We were thinking it was Pop looking down and being proud of his cowgirl and cowboy. :)
Finally, Pappy jumped up there with the kiddos and paraded them around the arena. I'm not sure who was more proud...Thanks for a great weekend Pappy! :)
